TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Desire to learn must come from within the heart and mind of the learner. An instructor must create an environment to promote and encourage the subject matter being presented. If you are passionate about your subject matter, the students will adhere most likely to the value of what is being taught. If you do not believe in your subject matter, students will not be deceived. It is the noble profession of this generation, never have there been more distractions to students at all levels.
