Complaint Procedure

Any qualified student with a disability who believes his or her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act have been violated is urged to seek redress as follows:

Report concerns immediately to the Director of Academic Support, who will respond within three days to the concern. If the Director can not alleviate the problem, the concern will be forwarded to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

If the complainant is dissatisfied with the response received from the Vice President of Academic Affairs, he/she may appeal the matter in writing to the President within five working days of receiving the Vice President's response. The President or President's designee will review the appeal and render a decision within ten working days from the date the appeal is received. This decision will be sent in writing to the student and will be binding. For more information or updates regarding this policy please refer to the current college catalog.
