About the GSC Forestry Club
The GSC forestry club is a student group comprised primarily of forestry students but anyone with an interest in forestry is welcome to join. The members are required to perform 2 hours of work for the club and pay $10 dues each year. The forestry club raises money to support their activities by selling firewood in the fall and winter. The club conducts various activities throughout the year such as tree plantings, camping trips, ski trips, road cleanups, fund raisers, and other community service projects.
The club meets weekly; meeting times vary depending upon students’ schedules.
