Accessing Voice Mail from Off Campus

To access your voicemail from off campus, call 304-462-4139 then press *.
The system asks for your ID number. This is your four digit extension followed by the # button.
Then enter your pin, followed by the # button.

Emptying a Full Voice Mailbox

The new phone system saves your deleted messages for a few days. Sometimes your voicemail box may become full and you will need to delete the deleted messages.
Log into your voicemail.
Press 3 to “Review Old Messages”.
Press 2 to listen to “Deleted Messages”.
Press 2 to actually “Erase” the deleted messages.
