Guest Chef to Serve Up Culinary Expertise at GSC
As part of Aramark’s Mid-Atlantic Region Guest Chef Exchange Program, Glenville State College will be hosting Chef Marie Blevins Tuesday, February 22 through Thursday, February 24 daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Mollohan’s Restaurant.
GSC Participates in Higher Education Day
Higher Education Day 2011 was held at the West Virginia State Capitol on Thursday, February 17th. The Glenville State College booth highlighted the unique Hidden Promise Scholar program. GSC was also represented by five freshmen Hidden Promise Scholars: Devan Snyder, Nick Lambert, Travis Nesbitt, Brittany Hanshaw, and Sara Linger.

GSC Students Participate in New Learning Service Program

GSC Music Audition Day
The Annual GSC Music Audition Day is scheduled for Tuesday, February 15th. The schedule for the day includes a campus tour, presentations from the Fine Arts Department Chair and Financial Aid, and several music and voice professors.

Glenville State College will host a public meeting with state Senators Larry Edgell and Douglas Facemire on Wednesday, February 2 at 5 p.m. in the Harry B. Heflin Administration Building’s President’s Auditorium.

Glenville State College has announced the names of GSC students who attained the Provost’s Honor List for the Fall 2010 semester. To be named to the Provost’s Honor List, a student must have a minimum 3.5 grade point average.

Glenville State College has announced the names of GSC students who attained the President’s Honor List for the Fall 2010 semester. To be named to the President’s Honor List, a student must have a 4.0 grade point average.
GSC Nonprofit Program Changes Name
