WVIAC Releases Commissioner’s Honor Roll
Danielle Pye captured the individual title with a 6K time of 23:14 to help lead Concord to the school’s first WVIAC women’s cross country championship. Chelsea Callaway (5th) and Tabatha Whited (8th) also added top ten finishes for the Lady Lions.
Saturday, November 6, 2010. The course will be open Friday November 5th all day to practice on. The course is 8000 meters for men. 6000 meters for women. Open fields, woodland trials, a variety or terrain and footing. Flat or spikes.
TJ Abel placed 1st in the Men’s 8K run at Rio Grande on Saturday, September 25th, to lead the GSC Men’s team to a 2nd place finish overall.
In Glenville State College Cross Country action, the Pioneers hosted three fellow WVIAC schools on Saturday at Cedar Creek State Park. The Griffins of Seton Hill, the Bobcats of WV Wesleyan and the Senators of Davis and Elkins made the trip to Glenville to check out the 2010 WVIAC Cross Country Championship course.
