Glenville, WV – The public is invited to the Glenville State College Mollohan’s Restaurant on Thursday, March 29th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for GSC’s March Premium Night.
The menu for the dinner includes: braised chicken breast in wine with vegetables, olive oil poached salmon, pork tenderloin infused with soy and ginger, wild mushroom risotto, lobster bisque soup, potato pillows, French green beans with caramelized onions, corn with pepper and onions, fresh rolls and butter, assorted cakes and pies, and a chocolate station with fresh strawberries, diced pineapple, and pound cake.
The costs for the March Premium Night are $11.99 for guests, $10.99 for seniors and faculty/staff using flex dollars, $8.99 for students using flex dollars, $5.99 for children under 12, and free for children under five.
