
Sammi Moore finished the two day tournament with a total of 175 as she led the Lady Pioneers, Moore also was named to the 2012 All-WVIAC Second Team
Glade Springs, WV – The Glenville State Lady Pioneers golf team finished in seventh place at the WVIAC Southern Regional at Glade Springs as they scored a two round total of 941.
Wheeling Jesuit beat Concord on the third play off hole as they claimed first place with a team total of 666, while the Concord Mountain Lions finished second.
Seton Hill came in third place, while West Virginia Wesleyan finished fourth, West Liberty fifth. Fairmont State finished sixth, GSC seventh, West Virginia State eighth. Ohio Valley and the University of Charleston both did not have team scores.

Senior Olivia Ferrell finished with a 222 total, while Morgan Talbott shot a 243 total.
Cinday Hillberry came in fourth for GSC with a total score of 301.
The Lady Pioneers will return to action on Sunday, April 22nd when they play a duel match with West Virginia State at the Glenville Golf Club. Tee times are set for 10:30am.
