Washington Named to BSN Preseason All American Team

Leesburg, VA – Glenville State defensive end James Washington has been named to the Beyond Sports College Network (BSN) Preseason All American Third Team.

Washington joins his Pioneer teammate Mark Jackson on the team. Washington is a senior at GSC; he is originally from Bowie, Maryland. The 6’2” 270 pound defensive end had a huge impact in 2011 as he tied a Pioneer record recording 10 sacks last season.

He also finished as the team’s third leading tackler with 55 total tackles in 2011. Washington will look to have a huge 2012 season for the Pioneers.
