Pioneers Place 12th in WVIAC Central Regional

Trey Meeks finished day one and two with 78, for a total of 156 at the WVIAC Central Regional

Canaan Valley, WV – The Glenville State Men’s Golf team placed 12th in the WVIAC Central Regional golf match.

On day one the Pioneers shot a 310 as a team with Matt Metz leading the way with a 73. Alen Bruce shot a 79, while Trey Meeks finished the day with 78.

Also on day one, Taylor Teculver shot an 80 and Zach Benson finished an 83.

On day two, the team finished with a 306 with Alen Bruce leading the way with a 74. Matt Metz finished day two with a 75, while Trey Meeks shot a 78.

Taylor Teculver finished with a 79, and Zach Benson shot an 81.

The team finished the tournament with an overall score of 616 as they finished in 12th place.

The team returns to action on October 7th when they travel to Wheeling, West Virginia for the WVIAC Northern Regional.
