Annual GSC Holiday Premium Night

Glenville, WV – The public is invited to the Glenville State College Mollohan’s Restaurant on Wednesday, December 11th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for GSC’s Holiday Premium Night.

The menu for the dinner includes herb crusted prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauces, grilled chicken with sherry mushroom sauce, a pasta station, rustic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, green beans, spiced pecans, specialty salads, a salad bar, a creamy cheese fondue, and dinner rolls. The dessert menu for the evening includes Christmas cookies, peppermint ice cream, red velvet cake, hot fudge cake, hot apple cider, and eggnog.

The costs for the special holiday dinner are $13.15 for guests, $12.15 for seniors, $12.00 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $9.85 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.
