GSC Mardi Gras Premium Night

Glenville, WV – The public is invited to the Glenville State College Mollohan’s Restaurant on Thursday, February 27th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. for GSC’s Mardi Gras Premium Night.

The menu for the dinner includes shrimp and andouille sausage jambalaya, créole chicken thighs, lobster and grits casserole, Cajun roasted potatoes, maque choux (corn), chicken gumbo, muffaletta salad, Cajun caesar salad, french artisan rolls with butter, and a po’ boy action station with beef in gravy, fried catfish, slaw, and a spicy rémoulade sauce. The desserts for the evening include fresh fruit accompanied by a hot fudge sauce, king cake, assorted pies, and bananas foster with vanilla ice cream.

The costs for the Mardi Gras dinner are $13.15 for guests, $12.15 for seniors, $12.00 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $9.85 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.
