Premium Night and Easter Brunch Scheduled at GSC

GLENVILLE, WV – The staff at Glenville State College’s Mollohan’s Restaurant are preparing to host two special meals. The public is invited to both April’s Premium Night on Thursday, April 17th from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. and the annual Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Premium Night dinner menu includes barbequed ribs, beer braised brats, fried breaded ravioli, roasted potatoes, baked beans, corn on the cob, steak chili with cornbread, a made-to-order chicken wing station, cole slaw, macaroni salad, tomato cucumber salad, potato salad, full salad bar, and sweet dinner rolls. Desserts include chocolate layer cake, white chocolate raspberry bread pudding, apple pie, and assorted cookies.

Costs for the April Premium Night are $13.15 for guests, $12.15 for seniors, $12.00 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $9.85 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.

The Easter Brunch menu will include Easter ham, chicken picatta, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a waffle station, made-to-order omelets, dinner rolls, full salad bar, fresh fruit, carrot cake, and other assorted desserts.

Costs for Easter Brunch are $9.50 for guests, $8.50 for seniors and students using flex dollars, $4.75 for children ages 5-12, and free for children under age five.

Reservations for either meal can be made by calling the GSC Dining Services Office at (304) 462-6360. If leaving a voicemail for reservations please include your name, the number of guests in your party, time you’ll be attending, and a call-back number.
