The Glenville State Pioneers men’s basketball lost a close game to the Shepherd University Rams 78-81. The Pioneers had four players score in double figures, with Marcus Catney leading the way with 17 points.
Also Aaron Dobson chipped in with 15 points on the day, and Nick Dent had 14 points. Gabe Gibbs led the Pioneers in rebounds with 9 rebounds and had 12 points. The Pioneers shoot exceptionally well shooting 54 percent while the Rams only shot 39 percent, but the Pioneers could still not pull out the win.
