The Glenville State Lady Pioneers Volleyball team traveled to Ferris State University for the Bulldogs Tournament on September 3-4.
On September 3 the Lady Pioneers battled St. Cloud State and lost 3-0 to them by scores of 10-25, 9-25, and 11-25. Later in the day the Lady Pioneers then battled the host of the tournament Ferris State.
Jamie Schindel played a good game she led the team in kills with 6 in the game while senior Erica Hale led her team in assist with 13, despite the good play from Jamie and Erica the Lady Pioneers still feel 3-0 to Ferris State by score of 12-25, 15-25, and 17-25.
On September 4 the Lady Pioneers would battle Michigan Tech and Mercyhurst. The Lady Pioneers lost both games 3-0. The scores of the Michigan Tech game were 17-25, 14-25, and 17-25, while the scores of the Mercyhurst game were 18-25, 13-25, and 8-25.
The Lady Pioneers will return to action on Wednesday when they travel to battle WVIAC foe Alderson-Broaddus game time is set for 6:00PM.
