The GSC Lady Pioneers dropped conference foe Fairmont State on Friday night. The match was played before the largest crowd of the season so far, which is expected against a GSC rival like Fairmont.
The Lady Pioneers won the match in just three sets 25-23, 25-18, and 25-19. This brings the Lady Pioneers to 3-3 in the WVIAC and 6-14 overall.
Game times for Saturday are 11, 1, and 3. The 11 AM contest features the Lady Pioneers against regional opponent Virginia Union. The 1 PM game features Virginia Union versus Seton Hill from the WVIAC, and will be followed by GSC versus Seton Hill in a conference matchup.
