GSC Volleyball Falls to IUP, 3-2

The Lady Pioneers rallied from a set deficit twice before falling to the visiting Crimson Hawks of IUP, by a score of 22-25, 25-20, 22-25, 25-18 and 15-13 tonight at Lilly Gymnasium.  With the loss Glenville State falls to 12-15 Overall and 9-6 in the WVIAC. 

GSC was led by Senior MB Camai Roberson’s 22 kills hitting a ridiculous 51%.  Roberson also added four blocks (2 solo, 4 assisted). 

Junior OH Karly Eskew and Sophomore MB Chelsea Tripp each recorded 12 kills apiece.  Tripp now has 26 kills in her last two contests. 

Setter Erica Hale recorded 50 assists for the Lady Pioneers, who don’t return to action until November 8th when they play host to West Liberty State at 2 p.m. and Fairmont State at 7 p.m.
