The Glenville State Lady Pioneers Softball team added another player to the roster as Carlee Chatron signed her letter of intent to attend GSC and continue her softball career as a Lady Pioneer.
Chatron, a native of Willoughby Hills, Ohio was a center fielder for South High School. Chatron missed her first eleven games of the season due to mono but came back strong and played the last fourteen games.
During those fourteen games Carlee had a .390 batting average, .415% on base percentage, 16 hits, 9 RBI’s, 6 stolen bases, and a .875% fielding average.
“I’m excited to come to Glenville. It’s got that perfect small-town-feel and the team seems real friendly. Since I’ve seen the college, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be playing than GSC,” stated Chatron.
The Lady Pioneers are very excited for Carlee to get to GSC and to see what she can do on the diamond.
