Coaches Packets: Will be available on Friday at our Coaches meeting.
Coaches Meeting: In our Mollahan Campus Community Center room 319 at 7:00.
Scoring: Each team will score their top 5 runners. 6th and 7th runners will displace.
Course: The course will be open Friday November 5th all day to practice on. The course is 8000 meters for men. 6000 meters for women. Open fields, woodland trials, a variety or terrain and footing. Flat or spikes
