The Glenville State College Women’s basketball team suffered a tough loss on the toad at the hands of Alderson Broaddus 88-82. It was a horrible shooting night for the Pioneers shooting only 37 percent from the field and only 26 percent from behind the three point line.
GSC Women Fall on the Road to AB 88-82
The Pioneers were led by senior guard Donita Adams. Adams paced the Lady Pioneers with 22 points on the night and a team high 6 rebounds. The Pioneers also had two other players score in double digits, with Autumn Davis putting in 16 points and Kristen Golden getting 11 points on the night.
The Alderson Broaddus Battlers had four players score in double figures, with Amanda Peoples leading the way with 19 points. The Lady Pioneers fall to 9-6 and 8-3 in conference play. They return to action Saturday for a home contest with conference foe Pitt-Johnstown.
