Both teams battled back and fourth in the first half but the Griffins went on a late run and took a 14 point lead into halftime 47-33.
The trouble continued for the Lady Pioneers as Seton Hill coasted to a 24 point victory 73-94.
The Pioneers shot an awful 28 percent from the floor and 23 percent from behind the three point line while the Griffins shot 45 percent form the floor and 43 percent from behind the arc.
GSC was also out rebounded 62 to 48 by Seton Hill.
Ginny Petties led GSC with 17 points and nine rebounds. Tenisha Wilson and Mishae Miles both scored 13 points while Miles also grabbed 14 rebounds for a double double.
Danielle Woodmore dished out a team high six assists.
The Griffins were led by Tiara Stossel with 29 points and seven assists. Kaite Gattuso chipped in with 17 points and nine rebounds. Paige Alviani and Anne Marie Olesky both scored 12 points while Olesky grabbed and game high 12 rebounds.
The Lady Pioneers return to action Thursday, February 9th when they travel to battle West Virginia Wesleyan. Game time is set for 5:30PM.
