Glenville State College is going to be holding a fashion show where students will try to make the latest fashions with…paper wrappers and plastic bottles. The GSC Recycling Club will sponsor the Junk Funk Fashion Show to help promote recycling and the protection of the environment by practicing ways on being green for the planet. Glenville State College will hold its sixth annual Student Juried Art Show soon, and the deadline for entries is approaching quickly.  The final date for dropping off entries is March 7, from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.  Students may submit up to three works in any art medium,  such as paintings, drawings, or sculptures.  Submissions must be dropped off at the Fine Arts Gallery or Room 235 in the Fine Arts Building.  Any 2D works must already be framed and prepared for hanging.   The art show is open to all [...]

The GSC band and choir will be holding a concert Friday, March 1 at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts auditorium. The concert is going to feature multiple ensembles, from trumpet and woodwind to tuba and brass, and will also have chamber singers and concert choir.
