Pioneers Hosted 5th Annual Brandi Bowen Invitational

Four years ago, Glenville State College lost two of their finest young athletes due to a tragic automobile accident.  Kyle Puffenberger, a freshman who was a redshirt defensive back on the Pioneer Football team and Brandi Bowen, a sophomore, who ran track and cross-country.  Both Kyle and Brandi were not only standout athletes, but they were also amazing people.   For those of us who had the pleasure of knowing them and the honor of having them as a friend, we will always have wonderful memories [...]

GSC Men’s basketball 2-1 after close victory against the Golden Bears

Well it wasn’t pretty but the Glenville State men are above .500 for the first time this season. That is because through three nailbiting games, the Pioneers came out on top of two of those and dropped a heartbreaker to out-of-conference foe Gannon University. Tuesday night was a great night for the young Pioneers to show off in front of fellow Pioneer faithful as it was their home opener against WVU Tech.
