It’s that time of year again. It’s a time that is dreaded and loved by countless students across the campus of Glenville State College. Yes, it is advising and registration time at Glenville State College. This twice a year event is considered by many to be the highlight of the semester or at least one step closer to graduation. Although the process can be very enjoyable, it is also an essential part of graduating in a timely manner.
During advising sessions, it is important that all students meet with their advisors in order to create a plan of action for their individual registration day. Although the advising period ranges from October 21 to November 1, the days for registration are much more specific. The process of registration begins the week of November 4. Students will register by academic class year on the following days. Monday November 4 is reserved for Seniors. Tuesday November 5 is reserved for Juniors. Wednesday November 6 is reserved for Sophomores. Thursday November 7 is reserved for Freshmen. However, if you miss your day do not panic. Friday November 8 will be an open registration for all students who have missed their day during the week.
