All Glenville State students and employees are supplied a Glenville State web mail account. As an official method for communication, the College may send communications to students via email. Students are responsible for the consequences of not reading, in a timely fashion, College-related communication sent to their official Glenville State College email account.

Your email account will be the same as the old email address EXCEPT you will add gsc,
I.E. smith.joer@gsc.glenville.edu.  Your password will be the same password as your old account.

Contact family, friends, and personal accounts such as FaceBook and MySpace to notify them of your new email address.

EdNet Information System

The Glenville State Educational Network (EdNet) Information System is available for students to obtain information such as Grades, Unofficial Transcripts, Financial Aid, Registration Status, Course Lists, Closed Class Lists, and Academic Standing.

WebVista (Online Classes)

Glenville State offers a variety of online and blended classes for both traditional and non-traditional students. Your log in ID and password was sent to you by the Office of Technology when you first registered. Please contact the Office of Technology if you do not have a WebVista username and password.

Your username is the first part of your email in lastname.firstnamemiddleinitial format (I.E. smith.joeb); your password is the word: password. You will be required to change your password when you first log in.

Work Order System

The Work Order System is for both Students and Staff of Glenville State to contact the Physical Plant or the Office of Technology and report a problem that needs our attention. The first time a user places a work order they must register for an account in order to process a work order. This system will help ensure your request is dealt with in a timely manner.
