The Registrar's Office, located on the first floor of the Heflin Administration Building, is where students can process and access official academic documents, records and forms. The office handles everything from address and name changes, to transcripts, to academic records. While students register for classes through their individual academic departments, they declare their majors and minors at the Registrar's Office.

Glenville State College is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of student records and abides by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The law insures the confidentiality of student records and prohibits the release of records except by permission of the student or by court order, while permitting the continued release of directory information without specific permission from the student.
