Curriculum Vitae

Darby joined the Glenville State faculty in 2011 after being promoted from Assistant Bluegrass Director. She teaches the core bluegrass music courses, including Learning and Caring for String Instruments, applied string instruments, Recording and Engineering Labs, and oversees all bluegrass related internship placements. Darby also fronts the student bluegrass band by traveling throughout the states for notable performances throughout summer, fall, and spring semesters. Darby’s current research includes professor’s perspectives on digital learning.
