GSU Night at GoMart Ballpark

Make plans to join your fellow Pioneers at the GoMart Ballpark in Charleston, West Virginia for an evening of baseball, food, and fun. Saturday, June 8 will be Glenville State Night. The gates will open at 5:30PM, and game time is set for 6:35PM. Wear your royal blue and root for the home team, Charleston Dirty Birds, while connecting with GSU alumni and friends. There will be giveaways at the conclusion of the game. Help spread the word!

"Come Spin a Tale!" Youth Storytelling Camp

Sponsored by the West Virginia Storytelling Guild and Glenville State University
Monday, July 22 - Friday, July 26, 2024 on the campus of Glenville State University
Open to incoming 9th-12th graders and new high school graduates

Students will be given instruction in establishing stories and developing characters, getting and keeping an audience’s attention, drawing from personal narratives, developing improvisational skills, using body language and inflection, performance skills, telling tall tales, and more. Tuition for the camp is $100 and includes meals and lodging on the Glenville State University campus.
