Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre October 13th

The public is invited to Glenville State College on Saturday, October 13th to help solve a murder as members of the GSC Theatre program present the interactive murder mystery All My Murders. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in the GSC Mollohan Campus Community Center Ballroom.

GSC Freshman Hidden Promise Scholars Welcomed to the Program

Glenville State College President Dr. Peter Barr and his wife Betsy welcomed fifty-one freshmen GSC Hidden Promise Scholars to the college at the GSC Hidden Promise Scholar Annual Fall Dinner. At this event, new participants were able to meet fellow scholars along with GSC faculty and staff who are involved in the program.

GSC Veterans and Military Ball November 3rd

Members of the Glenville State College Student Veterans Association invite all to the Veterans and Military Ball on Saturday, November 3rd. A cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. with dinner being served at 7:00 p.m. in the GSC Mollohan Campus Community Center Ballroom. The dance floor will open at 8:00 p.m. with music being provided by the 249th Army Band.

GSC Hosting Business After Five Meeting September 27th

Glenville State College is the host of the September Glenville Business After Five meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 27th. The meeting will take place at the Morris Criminal Justice Training Center located on U.S. Route Five near the Gilmer County Volunteer Fire Department Station One. A reception will start at 5:00 p.m. Presentations by GSC President Dr. Peter Barr and GSC Center for Criminal Justice Studies Director Ron Taylor will begin at 5:30 p.m.

GSC Bluegrass Band to Release CD at Homecoming Concert

The 11th annual Glenville State College Bluegrass Band Concert is being held October 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the GSC Fine Arts Center Auditorium. This event is one of many scheduled during the 2012 GSC Homecoming week.

GSC 2012 Music Fest October 16th

The annual 2012 Glenville State College Fine Arts Department Music Fest is scheduled for October 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the GSC Fine Arts Center Auditorium. The event features performances from the GSC Music Department including the Jazz Band, Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Woodwind Ensemble, Bluegrass Band, GSC Drum Line, and the GSC ‘Wall of Sound’ Marching Band.
