GSC Baseball Team Helps Spruce up Yeager Airport

‘Rosie the Riveters’ Visiting GSC

Several real-life ‘Rosie the Riveters’ will be on the Glenville State College campus on Wednesday, April 4th at 1:00 p.m. in the GSC Fine Arts Center Auditorium. They will be telling stories and answering questions about their experiences as ‘Rosies.’

Braxton County Sisters Among Oldest GSC Graduates

Raised in the Braxton County community of Burnsville in the early 1900s, two of Glenville State College’s oldest graduates are reminded often of the importance of the education that they obtained at Glenville State College. Sisters Beulah and Rena McPherson are also reminded of how that training propelled them to long and very rewarding teaching careers.
