March Premium Night Menu Announced

 Everyone is invited to Mollohan’s Restaurant at Glenville State College on Thursday, March 31 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. for March’s Premium Night. Plan to come by for dinner before the Thursday evening performance of the annual Percussion Ensemble concert.

The menu includes: Guinness braised beef, crab stuffed flounder with hollandaise sauce, chicken and penne sun dried tomato alfredo, wild rice pilaf, ginger carrots, fresh broccoli with lemon butter, hot rolls, cornbread, specialty salads, crème brûlée, and carrot cake.

The costs for the March Premium Night are $11.99 for guests, $10.99 for seniors and faculty using FlexDollars, $8.99 for students using FlexDollars, $6.99 for children under 12, and free for children under five.

Please call ahead for reservations. To make reservations or for more information, contact GSC Dining Services at 304-462-6360. You may leave your reservations on the voice mail.
