The dinner menu includes grilled flank steak with Portobello mushroom and tarragon jus, seared Atlantic salmon with a lemon and dill cream sauce, smashed red potatoes, scallion jasmine rice, haricot verts (green beans) with caramelized onions, spring asparagus bisque, fresh mozzarella caprese salad, orzo and grilled vegetable salad, a made-to-order pasta station, full salad bar, and dinner rolls. You’ll also want to be sure and save room for dessert – sweets for the special dinner include a chocolate station with strawberries, star fruit, pineapple, pound cake, and Oreos for dipping. Additionally, there will be lemon meringue pie, strawberry Jell-O cake, cheesecake, and chocolate cake.
Costs for the March Premium Night are $13.15 for guests, $12.15 for seniors, $12.00 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $9.85 for students using flex dollars, and $6.50 for children under 12.
