GSC Volleyball Wins Third Straight, Drops OVU 3-0

The Glenville State Lady Pioneers Volleyball team picked up their third straight win last night defeating Ohio Valley University in three games by the score of 25-11, 25-15 and 25-19.  Senior Middle Camai Roberson continued her outstanding play as she paced GSC with 12 kills and five blocks.  Roberson now has 61 kills and 16.5 blocks in her last four matches, while hitting a scorching 38%.  

Sophomore setter Erica Hale added 25 assists and 3 services aces, while Junior OH Karly Eskew and Sophomore OH Chelsea Tripp each added six kills for the Lady Pioneers as they improved to 9-10 Overall and 6-3 in WVIAC play. 

Glenville, who recorded an impressive 13 services aces, will look to make it four straight when they return to action Wednesday night against Salem International University.  Start time is 7 p.m. at Jesse R. Lilly Gymnasium.
