Ohio Valley owns the lead after 18 holes of the WVIAC Northern Regional. The Fighting Scots carded an opening day 302 to hold a two-shot advantage over host West Liberty State.
WLSC’s Christopher Palmer recorded the day’s top individual score with a one-under par 70. Concord’s Ryan Terdik and OVU’s Paul Raines are tied for second, three strokes back with matching 73′s. Ben Harwood (OVU) and Korey Pettit (UC) each carded 74′s to tie for fourth.
Concord sits in the third in the team race at 311. Charleston is fourth with a 318, while Fairmont State and West Virginia Wesleyan rest in a deadlock for fifth at 320.
