Wood Places First at Golden Eagle Invitational

Dustin Wood finished the race with a time of 17:31.9

Tornado, WV – Glenville State cross country runner Dustin Wood finished in first place at the University of Charleston Golden Eagle Invitational.

The senior from Richwood, West Virginia finished the race with a time of 17:31.91, which end up being 11 seconds better then the second place finisher. Ben Proudfoot finished sixth place with a time of 19:02.39.

Chris Hunter placed eight while teammate Boris Nimcevic finished ninth. Freshman Tyler Wilson finished 12^th.

On the women’s side Krystle Bailey finished 14^th with a time of 24:08.58. Teammate Danielle Perkins finished 15^th with a time of 24:12.33.

Also for the Lady Pioneers Courtney Rzepka placed 18^th, while Kayleigh Huck finished 19^th, and Kalyan Hunt finished 22^nd.
