February Premium Night Menu Announced

Everyone is invited to Mollohan's Restaurant at Glenville State College on Thursday, February 17 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. for the February Premium Night.

The menu includes: smoked prime rib with sautéed shrimp, seared chicken with champagne sauce, roasted red potatoes, cheese tortellini with roasted red pepper sauce, sautéed squash medley, green beans with caramelized onions, hot rolls and cornbread, specialty salads, hot fudge cake, and strawberry shortcake.

The costs for the February Premium Night are $11.99 for guests, $10.99 for seniors and faculty using FlexDollars, $8.99 for students using FlexDollars, $6.99 for children under 12, and free for children under five.
