Office of Workforce and Community Development

Workforce and Community Development

Glenville State College Office of Workforce and Community Development encompasses several different programs. Two of which are Dual Enrollment and a United States Department of Education experimental site initiative (Second Chance Pell). It is the direct mission of the Office of Workforce and Community Development to be an extension of the objectives and goals of the Academic Affairs Office and Glenville State College as a whole. Utilizing programs that provide an opportunity for traditional or non-traditional students take the steps towards their higher education goals. It is the ultimate goal of the Office of Workforce and Community Development to educate potential students on the different pathways which are available to them in continuing their education past high school graduation. The Office of Workforce and Community Development also strives to provide time and cost saving opportunities for students to begin and continue their higher education degree, certificate, or continuing education needs for several fields of study.

Whether you are looking for educational opportunities or are a business/industry leader wanting to enhance your workforce's Professional Development, please contact us today to discuss how we may help unlock the potential that awaits!
