GLENVILLE, WV – On Thursday, February 1 the public is invited to attend a presentation at Glenville State College by Mr. Masaru Sato, the Deputy Consul General of Japan in New York and Director of the Japan Information Center. Sato’s presentation will focus on the basics about Japan such as: geography, population, Japanese and American influences on each other’s culture, history of the relationship between United States and Japanese, bilateral relations in diplomacy, business and trade, technology, and security. Following the presentation Sato will hold a question-and-answer session.

The presentation is free and open to the public and will be held in the Alan B.
