Pioneers to Honor Wyatt-Raban

Tracy Wyatt-RabanThe Glenville State College Lady Pioneer basketball team and the GSC athletic department will honor the playing career and accomplishments of former Pioneer standout Tracy Wyatt- Raban at halftime of this Saturday's home contest against Alderson-Broaddus College at 5:30 p.m. at the Jesse R. Lilly Gymnasium.

Wyatt-Raban originally from Kegley, West Virginia, earned numerous honors over her three years (2002-2004) at Glenville State. She was a two-time "WVIAC Player of the Year;" NCAA Division II Daktronics Second and Third Team All-American; two-time Kodak All-American; two-time Neal Baisi Award Winner; and GSC Williams Award Winner (2005). She was named to the WVIAC First Team in her sophomore, junior and senior seasons; 2002 First Team East Region; and 2002 Elite Eight All-Tournament Team. Additionally, she holds the national record for most free throws made, 16 for 16, in an NCAA Elite Eight tournament game.
