Trillium Art Show Shines a Spotlight on Creative Expression at Glenville State University 
 

 

GLENVILLE, WV - The vibrant creativity of the Glenville State University community will take center stage on Monday, February 12, as the Trillium Art Show opens in the campus Fine Arts Center Gallery. This eagerly anticipated event will showcase a diverse collection of visual art, celebrating the unique talents of students, faculty, and members of the local community. 

 

The Trillium Art Show aims to provide a platform for artists and writers to share their art and passion. The event promises to be a captivating exploration of artistic expression, fostering a sense of community and appreciation for the arts. 

 

The submission deadline for the Trillium Art Show is Friday, February 9. Submit your work at the Fine Arts Center, Room 231, between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Submissions are open to all students, faculty, and members of the community. 

 

The Trillium Art Show will be on display in the Fine Arts Center Gallery from February 12 through March 1. The Fine Arts Center Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and one hour before all GSU musical performances in the Fine Arts Center. 

 

Submissions to the Trillium, Glenville State University’s literary and arts journal, are due by Friday, March 1. All Glenville State students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members are invited to submit poetry, fiction, song lyrics, visual art, and other forms of creative expression. Visual art submitted to the Trillium Art Show may also be submitted for consideration to be included in the print journal.
