Pioneer Shooting Club takes aim at Breast Cancer Awareness Month 
The Pioneer Shooting Club is once again taking a stand in the fight against breast cancer as it proudly announces its 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Auction. This event, scheduled to take place on October 11th in the Mollahan Center Ballroom, promises to be a powerful and impactful occasion dedicated to raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research and support.  Breast cancer remains a significant global health challenge, affecting millions of lives each year. In its third year, the Pioneer Shooting Club continues to demonstrate its commitment to making a difference in the fight against this disease. The Breast Cancer Awareness Auction has become a cornerstone event, uniting the local community and firearms enthusiasts in a shared mission of support. 
Glenville State University Announces Kyla Lovejoy as New Pioneer Mascot 
Glenville State University is thrilled to introduce Kyla Lovejoy as the new Pioneer Mascot, embodying the spirit, energy, and pride of the university's vibrant community.  Selected after an extensive and competitive search process, Kyla Lovejoy, a native of Chloe, West Virginia, emerged as the perfect embodiment of the university's values and traditions. With a strong commitment to representing Glenville State University with enthusiasm, Kyla is poised to become an exceptional ambassador for the university, both on and off the field. 
Campus Fitness Center Selected as Showcase Facility
Glenville State College was recently featured as a showcase site for Advantage Sport & Fitness after they completed renovations to GSC's Mollohan Campus Community Center Fitness Center.
GSC Fitness Center Holds Grand Reopening
The Glenville State College Fitness Center held its grand reopening on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. The facility has been fully updated with all new equipment along with new floors, mirrors, and fresh paint.
