The Little Kanawha Players is forming an improv team and you are invited to join. Auditions in mid-March formed a core group that are looking for friends to participate. A schedule for rehearsals and training sessions will be announced soon. Players who participate in the rehearsals will be cast in performances on a rotating basis if necessary, so that more impromptu shows can be given.

Director Marjorie Stewart said, "Many people believe all improv is random and chaotic, but there are rules that make it work. We will learn those rules and apply them to a number of games and scene building exercises."

She advises participants to bring their wit, their wits, and their senses of humor, and to check their inhibitions at the door.
