Percussion Ensemble

The Percussion Ensemble is an annual concert that takes place in the Fine Arts building. The event is so popular that tickets usually sell out early. That was the case this year.

The Percussion Ensemble is known for the music it performs during the annual event. Songs such as “Frankenstein” by the Edgar Winter Group and “Living on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi have been performed at past events. Apart for the music, the annual event is known for its array of colorful lights and stage theme.

This year's concert started out with mellow music. At half time, however, the whole stage changed. Rock music soon began to play, and lights started flashing. What started out as a relatively calm event turned into a rock show. The performers played a variety of different songs starting out with songs by Queen, and then other songs from The Lion King, Harry Potter, and much more. Everyone leaving the event had smiling faces as well as the performers.

The Percussion Ensemble did an amazing job, and the lights and fog producers made the event even more amazing. Don't hesitate to reserve your seats early for next year.
