The staff of The Phoenix, normally serious, straight laced, and stuffy, got a whiff of spring on production day for this edition. The combination of light from an unfamiliar big yellow ball in the sky, weather warm enough for flip flops, and the act of turning over the calendar resulted in an unusual issue.
