Fall advising for Glenville State University students began Monday, April 3.  Be sure to plan a meeting with your advisors and review your fall schedules. Your advisor will provide you with your PIN and directions on how to proceed with registering for classes. If you are unsure who your advisor is, login to Degree Works or visit the Office of Academic Affairs or the Student Success Center for more help.

Seniors (91 or more credit hours earned) will start registering Monday, April 17, Juniors (61 - 90 credit hours earned) on Tuesday, April 18, followed by Sophomores (31 - 60 credit hours earned) on Wednesday, April 19, Freshmen (1 - 30 credit hours earned) on Thursday, April 20 and finally open to all students on Friday, April 21.

After priority registration week, registration access will remain open through EdNet for summer 2023 classes through Friday, May 19. The fall 2023 classes will remain posted through Friday, August 11, and for spring 2024 classes up through Friday, January 5. Once classes begin for a specific semester, online access in EdNet for students to make changes to a class schedule for that semester will no longer be available. To request a schedule change, a student will need to contact their academic advisor, aa.secretaries@glenville.edu or academic.success@glenville.edu.

Seniors should also be aware that Tuesday, August 1 is the last day to apply for December graduation.

Monday, August 14 will be the first day of classes for the fall semester.. Friday, August 18 will be the last day for students to add or drop classes without a “W” which means they will not have a withdrawal from the class. Wednesday, September 13 will be the last day to withdraw from a class with a grade of “W.
