Legal I understand that payment or arrangement for payment of fees must be made by the first day of each semester. Payments may be made with cash, check, credit card, or a payment plan can be arranged. For more details, contact the GSC Cashier's Office at 304-462-4104. If payment or arrangements are not made within 30 days of the first day of the semester, the account may be referred to an outside collection agency. Furthermore, I understand and agree that I am responsible for all collection fees charged by the outside agency.

Transfer Students with 23 or fewer hours of college coursework

  • Everything listed for first-time college freshmen
  • Official transcript for each college or university attended

Transfer Students with 24 or more hours of college coursework

Campus Visit & Interview

Students are encouraged to visit Glenville State College's campus. A personal interview with an admissions counselor, campus tour, and speaking with students and faculty can help you determine your college program.

Scholarship & Financial Aid Deadlines

April 15th - FAFSA deadline for state financial aid programs (www.fafsa.ed.gov). Can be submitted after this date for federal programs.
February 1 - Priority GSC scholarship information deadline (Application, Transcripts & ACT/SAT scores)
