Travel Request Form

Organized airport, train, and bus transportation will only be available on the dates provided below, so please plan your travel accordingly. 

Fall 2025 Transportation

End-of-semester: Friday, December 12; Saturday, December 13; Monday, December 15; and Tuesday, December 16

Spring 2026 Transportation 

Return-to-Campus: Friday, January 9 and Saturday, January 10.

End-of-semester: Friday, May 8; Saturday, May 9; Monday, May 11; and Tuesday, May 12 

We offer transportation from the following locations: Train Station and Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV; Clarksburg, WV Airport, Bus Station in Morgantown, WV as well as Pittsburgh International Airport. If you need transportation, please plan your travel around these dates and locations.

No Thanksgiving or Spring Break transportation will be provided.
