Organized airport, train, and bus transportation will only be available on the dates provided below, so please plan your travel accordingly. 

Fall 2026 Transportation Dates

Return to Campus: Sunday, August 9th (Freshman); Monday, August 10th (Freshman); Friday, August 15th; and Saturday, August 16th

End of Semester: Friday, December 11th; Saturday, December 12th; Monday, December 14th; Tuesday, December 15th.

Spring 2027 Transportation Dates

Returning to Campus: Friday, January 8th and Saturday January 9th.

End of Semester: Friday, May 7th; Saturday, May 8th; Monday, May 10th; and Tuesday, May 11th.

We offer transportation from the following locations: Train Station and Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV; Clarksburg, WV Airport, Bus Station in Morgantown, WV as well as Pittsburgh International Airport. If you need transportation, please plan your travel around these dates and locations.

No Thanksgiving or Spring Break transportation will be provided.
