If you experience an issue when the University is closed or outside normal business hours, please contact West Virginia Network for Educational Telecomputing (WVNET). Please Note: WVNET after-hours support cannot reset passwords, unlock accounts, or assist with University login issues. For password resets or account assistance, please contact the Office of Technology during normal business hours at (304) 462-6140.
