Medical & Allied Health Graduate Partnerships
The College of Health Sciences has developed partnerships with graduate institutions in the medical and allied health fields to provide a seamless transition for students to continue their educational pursuits.

- Contact Dr. Mike Boehke, Professor of Exercise Science and Director of Pre-Allied Health Programs, for information on athletic training, chiropractic, occupational therapy, and physical therapy programs
- Contact Dr. Sara Sawyer, Professor of Health Sciences & Biology and Director of Pre-Medical Programs, for information on dental, medical, pharmacy, and physician assistant programs
Master of Athletic Training
- West Virginia University School of Medicine will reserve two seats annually for qualified students into an early assurance program
- West Virginia Wesleyan College School of Exercise Science & Athletic Training will reserve four seats each year for qualified students for either an accelerated (3+2) or traditional (4+2) pathway
Doctor of Chiropractic
- Northeast College of Health Sciences will guarantee admission for all qualified graduates
Doctor of Occupational Therapy
- Bowling Green State University School of Physical and Occupational Therapy will reserve five seats annually for qualified students
- West Virginia University School of Medicine will reserve two seats annually for qualified students into an early assurance program
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine will guarantee acceptance to all qualified students
Doctor of Pharmacy
- Marshall University School of Pharmacy will guarantee admission to two or more qualified students annually into either an accelerated (3+4) or traditional (4+4) pathway
- West Virginia University School of Pharmacy will accept qualified students for an accelerated (3+4) pathway
Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Bowling Green State University School of Physical and Occupational Therapy will reserve five seats each year for qualified students
- West Virginia University School of Medicine will reserve two seats annually for qualified students into an early assurance program
